Parish Hall, Shrewsbury Parish Church

Wendy Morrison and Anne Briggs, from the Insight Meditation Community of Chestertown, will lead the retreat.  No previous experience with either yoga or meditation is required.  Yoga instructions will be appropriate to both beginner and more advanced students.  Meditation instruction will also be provided. The day will be in silence, with opportunity for questions and answers.

Please bring a light lunch. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and any meditation sitting equipment you like to use. Chairs will be available for sitting.

Please return the registration form  with a $ 10 check (payable to IMC-Chestertown) to Ruth Davis, 11496 Still Pond Road,  Worton,  MD  21678. Indicate whether or not you have yoga experience and if you will need a yoga mat.
Space is limited. Preference to those staying for the whole day.
